godrejsamaris.net is operated by Aapt Dubey, Authorised Channel Partner (HARERA: RC/HARERA/GGM/1787/1382/2022/155) appointed by Godrej Properties Limited to market Godrej Samaris. This is an independent marketing resource — not an official Godrej Properties website.

2. No Offer or Agreement

All content on this website — including pricing, floor plans, specifications, possession dates, and amenity descriptions — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute:

  • An offer to sell, invitation to offer, or sale agreement for any property
  • A legally binding commitment by Godrej Properties Limited or Aapt Dubey
  • A guarantee of project completion, delivery, or specifications

3. Accuracy of Information

All information — prices, floor plans, amenities, RERA numbers, possession dates — is pre-launch indicative only, subject to change without prior notice, and not verified or endorsed by Godrej Properties Limited. Buyers must independently verify all project details at hrera.haryana.gov.in before making any financial commitment.

4. Expression of Interest (EOI)

The EOI of ₹20 Lakhs is collected by Godrej Properties Limited — not by us. All EOI terms are governed by Godrej Properties’ own terms and the eventual Builder-Buyer Agreement. We are not a party to any such agreement.

5. RERA Compliance

Godrej Samaris RERA: RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/1059/791/2026/31 (RERA-GRG-PROJ-2216-2026, dated 04 May 2026). Important: RERA number RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/976/708/2025/79 belongs to Godrej Sora, not Samaris. Verify at hrera.haryana.gov.in.

6. Intellectual Property

“Godrej”, “Godrej Properties”, “Godrej Samaris”, and associated logos are registered trademarks of Godrej Properties Limited. Their use on this website is solely to identify the project we are authorised to market. We claim no ownership of these marks.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aapt Dubey and godrejsamaris.net shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from reliance on any information on this website, or from any changes to the project by the developer.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
