  • Godrej Properties Limited or any Godrej Group entity
  • The developer, builder, or promoter of Godrej Samaris
  • An official representative authorised to enter into sale agreements
  • Responsible for representations made in Godrej Properties’ official communications

2. Pricing Disclaimer

All prices mentioned on this website — including the starting price of approximately ₹10.8 Crore for 3 BHK and approximately ₹15 Crore for 4 BHK — are pre-launch indicative figures only, subject to change without prior notice. Do not treat any price mentioned here as a firm offer or legally binding commitment.

3. RERA Disclaimer

Godrej Samaris RERA: RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/1059/791/2026/31 (RERA-GRG-PROJ-2216-2026, dated 04 May 2026).

Critical: The RERA number RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/976/708/2025/79 belongs to Godrej Sora, a different project on the same road. Do NOT accept this as Samaris’ RERA. Verify Godrej Samaris RERA independently at hrera.haryana.gov.in before making any payment beyond the refundable EOI.
